From the Times of San Diego:

The City of San Diego will debut a first-of-its-kind “one-stop shop” of services and resources for people experiencing homelessness Monday morning in East Village.

The new Housing Navigation Center is a coalition of more than 25 partners that includes the San Diego Housing Commission, Family Health Centers of San Diego and the National Alliance on Mental Health in San Diego. It is designed as a universal entry point for homeless services and will provide on-site intake, assessment and triage for homeless people, as well as assistance with crisis management, accessing benefits and finding housing.

It will also serve as an entry point for the Coordinated Entry System (CES) and coordinate with the Regional Task Force on the Homeless (RTFH), among other partners, to assist clients in reaching their housing goals.
