DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Louisville Metro Housing Authority’s (LMHA) mission is to set a standard of operational excellence in providing quality, affordable housing opportunities for residents to achieve self-sufficiency and an enhanced quality of life, and collaborating with community partners to build strong, viable neighborhoods. LMHA serves over 15,000 households in Louisville through public housing and housing choice vouchers.
LMHA seeks an experienced professional skilled in operations to serve as a senior leader that will help guide the agency through administrative challenges and opportunities for transformational change. This position will play a key role in shaping the future of LMHA for staff, residents, and partners.
The position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to personnel administration, property management, occupancy, capital improvements, central and site maintenance. The position supervises subordinate, managerial, and analytical personnel and performs related work as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sociology, or a related field is required. Also requires five-(5) years’ experience in a high-level administrative position, two-(2) of which must have been in a supervisory capacity. An equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted.
