The Housing Authority of the City of Wilmington, N.C. (WHA) herein solicits Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified, licensed, and responsible firms interested in providing WHA with Design Build Services (RFQ 2023-002).

The Request for Qualification (RFQ) will be available on our website at www.wha.net beginning Tuesday, June 13, 2023. WHA will receive all proposals by: August 8, 2023, by 5:00 p.m.
