The Project Manager 3 supports THA’s strategic and operational objectives by coordinating and supervising real estate development projects that are significant and large-scale in scope and resource allocation. The PM 3 consults with senior management, oversees project staffing and fiscal controls, and make decisions and recommendations that have an important impact on agency systems.
Successful candidates will have:
- 7 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility.
- Innovative insights into affordable housing development policies and practices.
- Exceptional project management skills and experience in long-range and strategic planning.
- Knowledge and familiarity with federal and state regulations and funding programs for affordable housing.
