Manager II – Lease-up
Annual salary range: $118,758.71 to $174,572.84

Los Angeles County Development Authority is seeking a Manager II for the Lease-up Department.

Under the direction of Housing Assistance Director, the Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Lease Up Department; develop plans and goals for the units; evaluate, interpret and assure compliance with HUD regulations and guidelines as they pertain to the to the rental subsidy programs, to ensure the highest possible ratings under the Section Eight Management Assessment Program (SEMAP).

The successful candidate will have education equivalent to a four-year degree from a regionally accredited institution in Public Administration or a closely related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience administering Housing Choice Voucher Programs and services, Public Housing and/or Affordable Housing programs, including three (3) years in a supervisory capacity.
