The Housing Authority is seeking an exceptional candidate for the Director of Data and Policy. Join AHA and have the opportunity to plan, manage, and oversee functions and activities including but not limited to managing various department plans, policies, data management and reporting and the systems necessary to carry out these functions; and leading on Moving to Work (MTW) and other initiatives. This position ensures data integrity, policy compliance and long-term planning of agency activities for a high-performing housing authority dedicated to providing affordable housing in the most impacted region of the nation.
AHA is particularly interested in applications from candidates who are experienced users of Yardi software for data management and PIC, and who possess in depth knowledge of the Housing Choice Voucher and MTW Programs, and other affordable housing programs and HUD regulations. The successful candidate will also be team-oriented with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders to move activities and projects forward.
