The Housing Authority of the City of Wilmington, North Carolina (WHA), requests sealed proposals (RFQ # 0001.23) from qualified developers to partner with HEO in redeveloping one of WHA’s properties into a mixed-income, mixed-use community. Potential partners who have developable land and/or existing mixed income housing projects that may be suitable for replacement housing, and are interested in collaborating with WHA are encouraged to respond.
Proposals in response to this Request for Qualifications must be received by delivery to the address below, no later than 2:00 pm (EDT) on July 18, 2023, at the following location:
