The Oklahoma City Housing Authority will receive electronic Request for Proposals via email for Public Relations Services for the Oklahoma City Housing Authority. Proposal will include, but not limited to, all necessary personnel and resources needed to perform public relations services and other factors listed in the proposal packet.
