LACDA is recruiting for Affordable Housing Project Managers (Development Specialist IV and Development Specialist III and Development Specialist II). As part of the Finance and Development Unit within the Housing Investment and Finance Division, these Project Managers will be responsible for performing assignments for the purpose of creating new affordable and special needs/homeless housing and preserving and expanding existing affordable housing.

Salary range: $80,240.84 to $113,719.08 annually.
Affordable Housing Assistant Project Manager (Development Specialist III)
Salary range: $64,941.20 to $92,072.02 annually.
Affordable Housing Assistant Project Manager (Development Specialist II)
Salary range: $54,110.82 to $76,717.54 annually.
