REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT PARTNER FOR THE DONNELLY HOMES AND NORTH TRENTON BATTLE MONUMENT

The Housing Authority of the City of Trenton is soliciting qualifications statements from real estate developers to act as a private development partner with the Authority, in collaboration with the City of Trenton, to undertake the development and implementation of a Choice Neighborhood Transformation Plan for the North Trenton Battle Monument Neighborhood in Trenton, NJ.
An information package containing the requirements will be available for distribution on Monday, April 12, 2021, for a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25). Documents may be mailed to prospective bidders for a mailing fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00), plus actual postage, if requested. An informational package can also be downloaded from the Housing Authority’s website www.tha-nj.org/procurement in PDF, free of charge.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 10:00 am at the Administration building, 875 New Willow Street, Trenton, NJ 08638 (for GPS please use 924 Southard Street). Pre-proposal meeting is not mandatory. Question pertaining to this RFQ are due to the Office of Procurement and Contracts no later than end of business on Tuesday, May 18, 2021. No questions will be taken after this date. All questions must be in writing and may be faxed to 609-278-3821 or sent by registered mail to the Office of Procurement and Contracts at the address listed below (must be received by May 18, 2021), or emailed to:
