Full Job Description: 

The Washington County Housing Authority (HAWC) requests proposals from professional consultants to provide Financial and Development Advisory Services to support a variety of services including portfolio repositioning, acquisitions, renovation and new construction projects.

Proposals must be received by 3:00 pm Thursday May 21, 2020 in the Washington County Purchasing Division Office, Charles D. Cameron Public Services Building, Suite 270, 155 North First Avenue, Hillsboro, OR 97124.  Proposals received after the designated time and date, per the official bid clock located in Purchasing, will be returned unopened.

The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so.

A copy of the Request for Proposal document is posted on ProcureNOW at: https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/washington-county-or the County’s electronic solicitation provider.  Proposal documents can be viewed and downloaded from that site.  Proposers are responsible for checking the site for any addendums before submitting their proposals to the site.

Once you have completed account registration, browse to this opportunity, click on "Submit Response", and follow the instructions to submit the electronic bid.

The Washington County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the County.
