This is a part-time (20 hours per week), non-exempt position. It involves receiving work orders or work order requests from property management site staff. Performs a variety of general clerical duties, and analysis such as daily, weekly and monthly reports and tracking work order completion and associated fee for service. Closes out work orders and generates requisitions as needed. Requires high school or GED plus 2 years of clerical work that included using a computer and dealing with the public in person or by telephone, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
