CLPHA members consistently rate these meetings as the most valuable part of their membership. 

Held three times a year, these events are attended by executive directors and senior staff from the nation’s largest public housing authorities. They are relatively small (70-80 people) and are designed to foster peer-to-peer problem-solving, sharing best practices, and networking.

CLPHA meetings are frequently sponsored by supportive industries. Below are the levels of sponsorship and the associated benefits. Meetings are held over two or three days. The number of each sponsorship opportunity depends on the length and location of a given meeting.

Reception Sponsorship
Well-attended event provides an informal atmosphere to network with CLPHA members and invited guests: $15,000.

Includes:

·        Complimentary meeting registration for three
·        Three reception tickets
·        Signage (produced by CLPHA) at the reception
·        Acknowledgment at the event and in meeting materials
·        Distribution of sponsor materials at reception and meeting registration desk
·        Corporate link from the CLPHA website for three months
·        Advertisement or article in post-meeting CLPHA Report (electronic newsletter)

 

Luncheon Sponsorship
Seated meal with no formal program provides excellent networking opportunity:  $10,000.

Includes:

·        Two lunch tickets
·        Distribution of sponsor materials at registration desk
·        Signage (produced by CLPHA) in the dining area
·        Acknowledgement at the event and in meeting materials
·        Corporate link on CLPHA website for two months

 

Breakfast Sponsorship
Buffet style meal provides informal networking atmosphere: $7,500.

Includes:

·        Two breakfast tickets
·        Distribution of sponsor materials at registration desk
·        Signage (produced by CLPHA) in the dining area
·        Acknowledgement at the event and in meeting materials
·        Corporate link on CLPHA website for one month

Break Sponsorship
Break between discussion panels provides networking opportunity: $5,000.

Includes:

·        Invitation for one to the meeting session during which break occurs (morning or afternoon)
·        Distribution of sponsor materials at registration desk

Meeting Materials Sponsorship
Meeting materials are distributed to all attendees during registration: $2,500.

Includes:

·        Invitation for one to the Thursday meeting sessions
·        Company logo on meeting bags (produced by CLPHA)
